The eighth-grade students of BGS found that the location of Abkhazia was presented vaguely in an English-language textbook published by the British educational company Pearson. With a written request, they asked Pearson to correct the text in the textbook in a way that would make it clear where Abkhazia is located and which country it is a part of.
Pearson responded to their letter immediately and officially confirmed that the text will be corrected in the next edition.
