The Monument of the Mother Tongue
The first-graders had their outdoor lesson in Dedaena Park. It was a very enjoyable educational activity. There the children visited the monument of “The Mother Tongue” created by the famous sculptor Elguja Amashukeli. The children came to know that the monument was dedicated to their beloved text-book “Deda Ena” (Mother Tongue) written by Iakob Gogebashvili.
