Specifics of being a Chef

The International Relations Department has started careers guidance programme with our senior students. At the end of November, we decided to take our students to the Funicular restaurant.

Up to 25 students from Years 9, 10 and 11 paid a visit to the Portugees Funicular Chef Jorge Da Silva. Jorge kindly hosted us, telling our students about his job and explaining the students how he manages to be a Chef of one of the biggest and most popular restaurants in the city.
