is a memorial day marked on the 11th day of the 11th month with silence to praise the memories of those who suffered in the First and Second World Wars.

Our school has been sharing this tradition for 4 years already. The symbol of this day is a Red Poppy.

This year, our junior students created hand-made poppies that were sold in school with a symbolic price. We collected a total of 175 GEL, that was given to Second World War veteran, Giorgi Gozalashvili.
