Our second graders visited a shadow theater and were completely fascinated by the unique performance.
After the show, the young BGS students had the chance to go backstage, where they tried creating their own shadow characters.
Bursting with excitement, they decided to stage a play based on “Dad, Mom, Eight Kids and a Truck” — the beloved book by Anne-Cath. Vestly.
Their homeroom teachers, Nino Sirbiladze and Rusudan Dolidze, enthusiastically embraced what initially seemed like an ambitious and almost impossible idea.
Thanks to their hard work and the students’ dedication, the result was an extraordinary project — the BGS Shadow Play, beautifully accompanied by music.
